Al-Yousifis Engineering Services Group provides a full range of services in mechanical and electrical contracting. The Group has 400 well-trained employees and since 1993 has been the official distributor for the YORK brand of air-conditioning products of Johnson Controls International (US).

The Engineering Services Group is divided into seven main operating departments.

Villa Air-Conditioning:
Designs, installs and maintains complete air-conditioning systems for all kinds of residential and commercial buildings.

Project Division:
Provides HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, fire protection, contract oversight and design for major construction projects.

Civil Construction:
Supervises the maintenance of and minor repairs to existing company properties and acts as the owners’ representative during the construction of new Al-Yousifi properties.

Automatic Doors:
Supplies, installs and maintains swing, sliding and revolving automatic doors for all types of applications.

Direct Sales:
Distributes YORK air-conditioning units to independent contractors and suppliers.

Elevators:
Supplies, installs and maintains elevators and escalators for all types of residential and commercial buildings.

Grills & Diffusers:
Manufactures air outlet grills and diffusers for the air-conditioning market under the AIRGATE brand name.

Engineering Services has extensive warehousing facilities at two locations in Kuwait and a fully equipped central workshop for fabrication. The Group is structured so that each department can focus on its core activity and draw support services from the Group’s administrative, marketing and financial departments. This support includes the services of more than 20 project engineers from various disciplines, a computerized planning department utilizing Primavera project scheduling software and 12 AutoCAD work stations. The resources – human, physical and financial – of the Engineering Services Group enable it to compete successfully in the Kuwait market based on quality of product and service.
